Shipping
If the chosen product is present in our store, shipments are usually made within 2 days of receipt of payment, if instead the chosen item is in our warehouses, delivery times vary from 15 to 20 working days. All shipments are made by express courier TNT, DHL or GLS depending on the destination with control and delivery with signature.
Shipping costs, where applicable, include packaging and postage costs. We recommend that you group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping costs will be applied to each of them. Your package will be sent under your responsibility, but special attention is paid to fragile items. Shipping costs amount to € 10 for Italy and € 20 for foreign countries.
The boxes are adequately sized and your items are well protected.
In periods of strong promotion or during the sales period or during the Christmas period, delays may occur due to the large amount of orders to be handled, we apologize in advance and invite you to contact us for further information on the status of the order.
Returns
For us at Cemento Fashion, full customer satisfaction is a priority.
If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return one or more items within 14 days from the delivery date and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned products, or an exchange. Obviously the products you want to return must not have been used and the return must comply with the deadlines set.
Orders placed through other channels - Whatsapp, chat, e-mail - enjoy the right of return (always in compliance with the conditions indicated here). The same applies to orders relating to items not present on the site and specifically requested for the customer from the various manufacturing companies.
In all cases (purchase via site / purchase off site) the return shipping costs and customs duties / costs for the return / exchange are your responsibility and cannot be refunded (as required by law).
It is possible to exchange the items purchased with other products. The terms and instructions on the right of withdrawal, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 21/2014, Article 49, paragraph 4, are published on the "Terms and Conditions of Sale" page. Below you will find a brief operational explanation, which does not replace the full acceptance of what is reported on the "Terms and Conditions of Sale" page.
We at Cemento Fashion want to make any of your operations easier; therefore, we consider it appropriate to give you the directives so as not to compromise the serenity of the relationship with you, the customer.
Take care in trying on your purchased product: in case of damage, missing or damaged original pending labels, the item will be considered irremediably depreciated and unsaleable and, for this reason, with a value of 0.00 euros.
Other precautions to be taken are:
1) We do not accept returned items that are not in the same condition in which you received them. By this we mean: they cannot be processed, used or altered in color, fragrance and structure. It must also not have been washed, ironed or treated in any way. There should be no perceptible odors such as sweating, perfumes, smoke or other.
2) When you receive the package, make sure that the security seal, all labels, in fabric or pendants, are perfectly intact and present. If something is missing, we kindly ask you to notify us immediately and not after some time
3) The right of return applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product
We also ask you to respect the deadlines for the communication and return of the return. That is to say:
- The package with your return must be physically delivered to the courier within 14 days (including holidays) from the delivery date. This implies that the return request must be made within the same time frame. For greater clarity, we remind you here that the return shipping costs are at your expense.
- The package with your return must arrive at our warehouses within 14 days from your shipping date. We suggest you use an express courier and insure the shipment: it will protect you from inconveniences such as delays and loss.
Important: the package containing the return travels at your cost and your responsibility. We cannot therefore be responsible for any loss, damage due to bad packaging and delays in delivery.
Keep in mind that:
The conditions described so far also apply to items purchased on sale, which you can safely return with the same precautions and conditions.

Packages not delivered at the point of sale will not be collected at the post office.
How does the refund take place?
As soon as we have examined the products you have returned, you will be reimbursed through the same payment method you used for the purchase and in the shortest possible time.
That is to say:
- credit to your credit card (if you paid by credit card)
- bank transfer (if you paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery)
- Paypal credit (if you paid with Paypal) in the shortest possible time.
You can choose to get a Voucher instead of a refund.
In order not to undermine mutual trust and allow us to render you an excellent service, we ask you to respect the conditions listed so far, which are actually very simple. Failure to comply with the above conditions unfortunately forces us to refuse your return and, if you wish, to return the items in question to you at your expense.
